Pain Remedies

When your joints start to hurt you wonder if there are ways to relieve the pain.  No one likes to be in pain so finding a remedy for this pain is essential.  Pain relief will make your life easier.

Pain Remedies

There are numerous reasons why you have joint pain.  Finding join pain remedies are easy.  One that you could try is eating carrots. If you try grating a carrot and putting some lemon juice on it this will help relief the pain.  This can be eaten raw or you could even steam them.  The carrots will help by supporting the ligaments.

If you drink more water this will help in keeping your cartilage soft and will also help in keeping you hydrated.  The water will help in moving waste away from your joints.  This will help your joints from feeling less achy.  You could also eat onions.  Onions will help because they are an anti-inflammatory food.  Fresh onions have a painkilling effect which is similar to morphine.  You could massage your joints.  Taking warm oil will help in easing the inflammation and help improve the circulation while it will also relax your muscles.  A massage will help in making your joints feel better.

Remedies

You could try some cayenne pepper.  This can be made up into a topical ointment which will help in reliving joint pain.  Cayenne pepper has an active ingredient, capsaicin, which will trick your brain into causing irritation to your skin.  The signals will travel into the nerve pathways.  These signals will distract your brain from the real reason for your pain.

You could also try an anti-inflammatory.  This could include aspirin or ibuprofen.  These can be used to help in the relief of your pain.  You could also try acetaminophen for the pain, as well.  Another remedy to try could be topical cream.  This cream could be used for arthritis.  The ingredients are methyl salicylate.  You could try ice packs.  When you use ice for at least 15 minutes this will help in relieving your pain.  You will want to do this several times a day.

Finding joint pain remedies can be an excellent way to help you in relieving your pain.  One of the nice things for individuals is that, if one of these remedies doesn’t work for them then they have the ability to try a different one.
